Installing it

On Windows and macOS, open what you downloaded. On Linux, hand the package to apt. The leading ./ matters: without it apt goes looking for a package by that name in its own sources and tells you there isn't one.

sudo apt install ./tineplayer_*.deb

If you're not sure which Linux package you want, ask in a terminal with dpkg --print-architecture. It answers amd64 on most desktops and laptops, and arm64 on a Raspberry Pi or another ARM board.

Installing TinePlayer covers each platform in more detail, including building it yourself on distributions with no package yet.
